Here is a video from one my favorite singers, Curtis Salgado, performing on the 2009 Blues Music Awards. I am in the process of conducting a lengthy interview with Mr. Salgado that just seems to go on and on. The thing is, this guy has seen and done more in life than most of us ever will. We are digging deep into the John Belushi story and I think you’ll it most interesting when it is done.
He has also invited me down to the recording studio in Portland in a few weeks to hang out while he lays down some vocals for his much anticipated latest CD.
That’s enough out of me for now, let’s listen to Curtis.

Casebeer's first introduction to music was Elvis. Like many of his generation he grew up loving roots based sounds and his first introduction to the blues was through the bands that are considered classic rock now. He has a deep love of the blues, loves to talk about it, loves to write about it and loves to watch it live on stage, with or without.a camera in his hand.
