Buddy Guy played the King Biscuit Festival last night. We were front and center to bring you the best pictures from the festival! Buddy Played “74 Years Young”,  “Skin Deep”, and other classic Buddy music. Towards the end of the set, he pulled out a beautiful acoustic, complete with blue polka dots on the fretboard, and finger picked soem John Lee Hooker, Muddy and more. The energy from the crowd was overwhelming as the blues superstar played some of the hottest guitar there was.

Other highlights of the show, sadly sans pictures, were Mike Zito and this year’s IBC winner, the Lionel Young Band. Both absolutely blew the crowds away. Zito plays a wild and distinctive brand of electric blues.
