Women In The Blues 6 388x600

Tonight at Reggies, Chicago’s own blues women will perform in the annual Chicago Women in the Blues extravaganza held every year during Blues Fest week. This is the premiere showcase for blues women, and the event always draws the best female blues artists. The show, actually a mini-festival in its own right, was created by Joan Gand, blues pianist, organist, and features the Blue Road Band.

This year’s roster of incredible performers features Holle Thee Maxwell, Peaches Staten, Liz Mandeville, Anne Harris, Shirley King, The Ccountess, Mz. Peaches, Tracee Adams, Ivy Ford, Donna Herula, Dia Madden, Ramblin Rose, and Ellen Miller.

Reggies  – 2105 S State St, Chicago, Illinois 60616
