Hard Rock International New LogoThe Garden State’s own, Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes will be performing a benefit show at the Hard Rock Live Orlando on Sunday, October 15th, 2017. In an effort to give back to the Florida community following Hurricane Irma, 100 percent of ticket sales will be donated to Feeding South Florida®.

Feeding South Florida works with direct-service programs and a network of non-profit agencies, including soup kitchens, food pantries, homeless shelters, and more. The organization rescues 46 million pounds of food annually, serving 710,370 individuals in need of food assistance – 248,080 of whom are children, and 120,000 older adults. Through this partnership, the donated sales will assist in Hurricane Irma relief distribution efforts. Drinking water, food, and other supplies will be getting to those most in need.

Stephen Judge, President of Cafe Operations for Hard Rock International, said, “We look forward to welcoming Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes, and appreciate them giving back to our partners Feeding South Florida, for what is sure to be an impactful benefit concert for all ages.”

Known as the “Godfather of the New Jersey sound,” Southside Johnny has had a successful career for decades. His group, the Asbury Jukes, have recorded 20+ albums, delivering soul-searing blues and R&B to audiences the world over. Their hits include, “I Don’t Want to Go Home,” “Love On the Wrong Side of Town,” and “The Fever.”

Tickets for the all ages show, ranging in price from $30 for General Admission, to $1,000 for VIP seating in the first two rows of the exclusive John Lennon Room, are on sale now. They can be purchased from the Hard Rock Live Box Office at 407-351-LIVE (5483) or via Ticketmaster.

Hard Rock Live Orlando, located at 6050 Universal Blvd., will open their doors at 7 pm, with the show beginning at 8.

“Two of Hard Rock’s mottos include ‘Love All—Serve All’ and ‘Take Time to Be Kind’,” said Judge. “We look to live by each of these promises, especially here at Hard Rock Live Orlando, showcasing the power of music.”
