The Grateful Guitars Foundation announced their gift to legendary guitarist Steve Kimock: a recreation of Jerry Garcia’s iconic Wolf guitar. This will happen at his band Zero’s 40th anniversary shows at Petaluma’s Mystic Theater on November 8 and 9!

The legendary Swamp Dogg released a deluxe edition of his critically acclaimed new album ‘Blackgrass: From West Virginia to 125th St’ which adds a cover of the Beatles’ “Rocky Raccoon.”
“This festival has been a long-time dream of mine,” says Giddens. “It’s about honoring the connections that tie Black culture together across time and geography, whether it’s through music, food, or storytelling.”
‘Upside Down Blues,’ the debut album from Shyfrin Alliance, is almost as fitting a title as a record can have: twelve songs that fuse blues and rock with elements of jazz and soul to create an alternate musical universe that’s familiar and new all at once.

Grey, speaking of the upcoming tour, is excited to get started, saying, “Took long enough but it’s coming! Finally going to get our behinds out there to Texas, Arizona, Nevada and the West Coast to do that Olustee thang! Can’t wait!”
The debut single from The Whiskeymen establishes the band as a musical Ghidorah of sorts with one head in the blues, one head in roots and country, and the third in rock and roll.
The song is a stunning take on Griffin’s 2002 release.
