Twilight: Eclipse star Billy Burke, who plays Charlie Swan in the franchise, is not just an actor who also had a stint on 24. He is also a singer and musician, and a talented one, to boot.

Check out this exclusive, five-minute clip where Burke talks about playing guitar–he describes his early skills, until someone turned him on to Tom Waits, who Burke dubs as flawless and says is solely responsible for making him want to learn to play piano. Watch the interview here.
Removed is Burke’s new album, and he culled the songs from a large collection of tunes that he has written through the years. Some of these songs have never seen the light of day till now; good thing he is a musical pack rat, of sorts! Check out his lilting, emotive voice, which pops up throughout this interview. He even talks about writing a song on a cocktail napkin and, of course, he divulges a little bit about his next flick alongside Nicolas Cage, Drive Angry.

Casebeer's first introduction to music was Elvis. Like many of his generation he grew up loving roots based sounds and his first introduction to the blues was through the bands that are considered classic rock now. He has a deep love of the blues, loves to talk about it, loves to write about it and loves to watch it live on stage, with or without.a camera in his hand.
